The University of Utah College of Social and Behavioral Science presents
The Transformation of the Social Science and the U and Beyond
with CSBC Dean Cindy Berg and Heidi Hadley, PhD., Bureau of Land Management
Universities and colleges of the 21st century offer the perfect context in which to explore visionary and ambitious approaches to our most urgent social challenges. The U has begun what are known as Transformative Cluster Hires, which bring together faculty and researchers from across multiple colleges and programs to address certain major social and world problems. The College of Social and Behavioral Science competed for and won the first two such programs at the U: The Consortium for Families and Health Research and Society, Water and Climate.
Join us to find out how CSBS is leading interdisciplinary research on these two critical issues of our time.
